Hey there! I'm Paul and I'm the founder of UltraResume.
I started my career at Uber in 2013 when it was still a scrappy 100-person startup with a wild vision. Over the next two years, I helped launch Uber in six cities around the world. The business unit I launched in Eastern Europe was sold for $1.1 billion just three years after I've set it up.
After Uber, I led operations and recruiting at Emerging Travel Group - the biggest travel platform in Eastern Europe. I managed a 180-person org spanning support, IT, analytics, and recruiting - helping slash customer incidents, accelerate company-wide recruiting, and implement a high-performance operations culture.
I then moved to ServiceTitan - an enterprise software hyperscaler where I helped set up sales ops during its rapid expansion and eventual IPO.
Along the way, I've screened, hired, and coached hundreds of candidates, giving me an insider's view on what makes hiring managers say "yes".
